TIPS: Before, during, after healing sessions

Starting the session

Show up 5 min earlier in the room to settle any nerves, be fully present, test your connection before Brian shows up.

Recording the session

BrianTheHealer speaks fast, downloads a lot of information that may be new to you. He will also ask you to walk around during the session. You will want to record your session and relisten to it.

Please record the session on your side. He will not be providing any recordings of the session.

We suggest you test the recording results before the session.

Use a second device to record the session, other than the phone you are using to talk to BrianTheHealer. This might be a computer or second phone.

When he speaks with you, Brian will be live channeling.

He is consciously channeling, not in a trance. He is translating energy data into words in real time. Very few people can do this at this level of articulation, speed, and nuance.

You can tell when he is channeling because sometimes he ends sentences with “hmm”. And he is speaking more slowly and softly than a New Yorker normally does.

Wait for a natural pause of 3 seconds before speaking after he speaks.

Suggestions for after your healing session

  • [ ] Walk around 60 seconds at a fast pace to remove the density of heavy energy. Shake your hands and feet so the energy can release, like an energetic Etch-A-Sketch. Let that karma serve another.
  • [ ] BrianTheHealer is performing energetic surgery. For the first three days while the changes are integrating, try to avoid interactions with any people or experiences that may cause internal friction (anxiety, confrontation, violence), as this will scratch my fresh energetic paint. Avoid talking to, reading emails and text messages from people who are angry, anxious, co-dependent. Avoid receiving hard massages.
  • [ ] For the first day or two, you may feel tired. This is a natural expected cathartic release of negative energy that does not belong to youi and has been weighing you down. Give yourself permission to sleep more.
  • [ ] Change your bedsheets before sleeping that night.
  • [ ] Wash your pajamas before sleeping that night.
  • [ ] Take a healing bath before sleeping that night with a quarter cup of bath salts (or sea salt) and eight drops of essential lavender oil. Optionally, light a candle, infuse the flame with feelings of your earliest childhood happy moment, wave that joy into the bath water, see that joy dancing like light on top of the water, and blow the candle out.
  • [ ] For inner child rehabilitation, eat something you liked between ages of 3-5 years old for three days. Just a little bit is enough to remind you of the joyful sentiment.
  • [ ] If Brian prescribes a crystal for you, wear it as a pendant between your throat and heart. Use natural rope or a silver or gold chain, not cheap metal. To clear the stone of absorbed trauma, wash it for 2 minutes in warm water each week while infusing it with feelings of joy. Remember to remove when sleeping and bathing.
  • [ ] Relisten to your recording of the healing session two or three times.
  • [ ] Integrate the energetic shifts and words of wisdom. Write down in a journal what the experience was like for you during the session, after the session, during the first three days, and over the next few weeks. The sessions are transformative and often take people into quantum leaps of spiritual development immediately as well as over time. Your goal should be to embody these revelations into your everyday life and your perspective on the essence of life. You will want to remember every moment of it. Journaling helps you integrate the catharsis.
  • [ ] During the first three days, you may undergo resensitization to more of you as your natural architecture returns. You may have more heightened pain in areas, that you numbed out but were always there. Healing is akin to an archeological dig, scraping off years of energetic callouses. New frictions will arise that were buried. Do not be alarmed. This is a natural part of energetic cleansing and creating more flow within you.
