What this site collects

This site does not require an account and does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. Information reaches us only when you choose to send it:

• Email. If you write to author@brianbaruch.com to ask a question or book a session, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Session photographs. Booking a healing session involves sending a photograph, as described on the booking page. Photographs are used only to conduct your session, are never published, and are deleted on request.
• Payment. Payments are processed by PayPal or Venmo on their own platforms. We never see or store your card or bank details. Their privacy policies govern those transactions.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. One value is stored in your browser's local storage if you use the "Motion" toggle in the footer; it records your motion preference and never leaves your device. There is no advertising, no analytics, no social-media pixels, and no fingerprinting.

Server logs

Like nearly every website, our server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are routinely purged and are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Selling or sharing personal information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with anyone for marketing. The only third parties that touch data are the payment processors named above and the company that hosts our email.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Where a healing session involves a minor, all communication and any photographs must come from a parent or legal guardian.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing author@brianbaruch.com. We respond to every request.

Do Not Track

Because this site does not track visitors at all, it does not need to respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals. There is nothing to opt out of.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
